This is a fast growing herb with a short life span.  To use as herb, it has to be used before it flowers; only a couple months.  Harvest soft stems regularly to encourage growth.  Leaves (cilantro) can be harvested 3-4 weeks after potted and seeds (coriander) after about 45 days.  Suitable soil is well drained.  Place in filtered sunlight.  Keep moist.
