Plant in sunniest, warmest spot in garden or in a large black container.  Consistent, deep watering.  To harvest keep track of days to harvest with that variety.  While still glossy.  65-80 days.  To test, gently press thumb on skin.  If it springs back then it is ripe.  Careful, bruises easily.
