This variety of weigela have golden leaves and crimson buds that open to a deep pink. Mostly blooms in the spring and then sporadically throughout the summer. This is a great bush for foundation planting (along a house wall) or as a hedge. It will be drought tolerant once established. Plant in moist, well drained soil.
